Build a custom 22-inch DTF gang sheet

How to order your gang sheet
- Choose the sheet length for the designs you need to print.
- Open the builder and upload your artwork. Arrange and size each graphic at its intended print size.
- Check spacing, spelling, transparency, and the final layout before adding the sheet to your cart.
- At checkout, choose an available shipping or Irving pickup option. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline.
When a gang sheet makes sense
A gang sheet works well when you have several small graphics, repeated logos, or a mix of print sizes. Filling the sheet can lower the cost per graphic compared with ordering each design separately. If you need just one print at a fixed size, order DTF transfers by size. If your artwork is already arranged as a complete sheet, upload your print-ready gang sheet instead.
Prepare artwork for a clean print
Use high-resolution artwork with a transparent background where you want the garment to show through. Set each graphic to the size you plan to press and leave room between designs for cutting. These are transfer sheets for use on your own compatible garments; shirts are not included. Follow the hot-peel pressing directions supplied with your order, and test unfamiliar fabric or finishes before a production run.

- Upload transparent PNG artwork when possible.
- Use final print size and 300 DPI for clean detail.
- We print submitted artwork as-is and do not redraw, recolor, or upscale low-resolution files.
- Gang sheets may arrive rolled instead of pre-cut.
How to use
How to use
- Start by preparing your garment by ensuring that it is clean, dry, and free of any debris or lint.
- Preheat your heat press to the appropriate temperature for the type of garment you are using.
- Position the DTF transfer onto the garment, image side up, and align it according to your desired placement.
- Place a protective cover sheet on top of the transfer, such as a Teflon sheet or heat press parchment paper.
- Close the heat press and apply the appropriate pressure and time according to the type of garment and transfer you are using.
- When the time is up, open the press and carefully remove the cover sheet.
- Inspect the transfer to make sure it has adhered properly. If needed, repress for a few seconds to ensure proper adhesion.
- Allow the transfer to cool for a few minutes before handling or wearing the garment.
- For a matte finish, repress with kraft paper for 10 seconds.
