Is there any minimum order?
There is no minimum order. However, there will be a bulk discount for single orders with over 300 sq ft. For more information about the pricing, kindly check this guideline (link to pricing section).
What kind of ink do you use?
We use high quality ink and high quality melting powder for your durable and colorful DTF prints.
Designing
How can I design my own DTF prints?
We are working on integrating a custom designer. Regardless, you can also work with our in-house designer to bring your ideas to life.
What format do you accept if I want to send you my design?
We strongly recommend PDF, PNG, or original vector files. However, we can work with other formats also.
What is the minimum resolution I can upload for my design?
We highly suggest sending 300 DPI images.
Application
How to apply DTF prints to my T-shirt?

How can I get a matte finishing for my DTF prints?
For a matte finishing, you can repress with kraft paper for 10 seconds after the prints have been applied to the fabric.
Payment and Shipment
How can I pay for my order?
We accept your payment through cash, PayPal, and credit cards. You can choose one of your desired methods to pay for your order.
How long does it take to get DTF printed?
We ship the next day after your purchase has been confirmed.
How long will my order arrive?
After your orders have been printed and completely done (which normally takes 4-6 business days), you can pick it up or we can deliver it to you.
Can I track my order?

Cancellation and Return Order
Can I cancel my order and get a refund? (Before it is sent)
Before you proceed with the payment, you can still cancel your order. You can’t cancel your order after we have confirmed your payment.
Can I return my order? (After it is sent)
Every order that you proceed will go through our quality check. However, if you find any damages on the products, we will refund you.
