FAQ

Order & pricing

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order. For larger runs, bulk discounts apply automatically — single orders over 300 sq ft unlock our best pricing.

What kind of ink do you use?

We use high-quality CMYK + white ink with premium adhesive powder for durable, vibrant prints that hold up wash after wash.

FAQ

Artwork & design

How can I design my own DTF prints?

Upload your own print-ready artwork directly, or work with our in-house design team to bring your idea to life.

What file formats do you accept?

We recommend transparent PNG, PDF, or the original vector file. We can work with most other formats too — reach out if you are unsure.

What resolution should my artwork be?

Send artwork at 300 DPI at final print size for the sharpest, most vibrant results.

FAQ

Applying transfers

How do I apply DTF prints to a shirt?

Prep the garment, press at the right time and temperature for your fabric, then peel. See our full step-by-step guide on the How to Apply page.

How do I get a matte finish?

After applying the transfer, repress with kraft paper for 10 seconds for a soft, matte look.

FAQ

How fast do orders ship?

We turn orders around fast — most are produced and on their way within 1 business day.

FAQ

Cancellations & returns
