When is a gang sheet cheaper than individual transfers?
Compare the total price for the same artwork, not a blanket percentage claim. For example, eight 4 × 4-inch pocket logos cost $1.49 each when ordered as individual transfers by size: $11.92 before shipping. Four logos per row, with one inch between designs and around the outside, occupy about 19 × 9 inches. That layout fits on a 22 × 24-inch gang sheet priced at $6.99. Choose the right sheet length
- List every design, final printed width and height, and quantity.
- Arrange designs on a 22-inch-wide canvas. Leave clear film between them for cutting and keep everything inside the print boundary.
- Choose the shortest available length that comfortably holds the layout. A crowded sheet can cost more in trimming errors than it saves in film.
- Compare that sheet price with the total for ordering each design by size.

Prepare artwork that prints cleanly
Upload a transparent PNG at its intended print size when possible. A 4-inch design prepared at 300 pixels per inch is about 1,200 pixels wide. Check that tiny text and fine lines remain readable at the actual size. Remove unwanted backgrounds, check spelling, and leave space to cut around each design. Do not mirror the artwork unless the ordering tool or TryDTF instructions explicitly ask you to.
Builder or print-ready upload?
Use the builder if you need to place, resize, or duplicate individual graphics. Use the print-ready sheet upload when you already have a completed layout with the correct dimensions. For a single design in a standard placement, order by size.
After your sheet arrives
Cut the designs apart without cutting through the printed area. Follow the pressing and peel instructions supplied with your order; TryDTF describes its transfers as hot peel.
